That you have witnessed in sports personally. Me personally I thoroughly enjoyed lsu baseball win streak the year of the national championship that team was impressive. Got impressive walk off hits all the time. The second would have to be the patriots undefeated regular season. And so far the heats win streak but if they break the record it will move up.

Would have to go with this heat streak. It could go into the 2nd round of the playoffs if they stay healthy.

That big streak by the baseball team was in 2008, bud. Not 2009.

In my biased opinion USC's 34 game win streak was some great times

As others have mentioned the 07 pats win streak was probably the best I've seen. They were annihilating teams especially the first half of the season. Belichik was pissed about spygate

In this day and age with talent spread out and media exposure - where everyone is gunning for you and beating you is their Super Bowl - that streak was mighty impressive to say the least. Every game was a damn event - I'm surprised the pressure didn't get to them earlier. But it did become a burden for the fans in some weird way.

For awhile I thought they could challenge Oklahoma's streak of 47 straight wins but that was back in the 50's - different times with talent hording but admirable.

USC's streak started after losing @ Cal in triple overtime in the beginning of 2003...and ended at the hands of VY in the Rose Bowl at the end of 2006. So in 3 years, it took triple OT on the road as a young team and an otherwordly performance by a superstar to beat them. Miami had a great streak as well.

During that streak they only had 2 games which they failed to win by more than 3 points.

Miami had a 34 game winning streak in the early 2000s. I don't see how USC's winning streak is that impressive considering it was done only three years earlier. In terms of college football, the most impressive streak in my lifetime is unquestionably Florida State's 14 consecutive years finishing in the AP top 5. I could live to be 100 and it will still be unlikely that streak will be broken during my lifetime.

I mentioned it.

And yeah, Miami had a great great team.

Every year, every era, every team is different...every game, every matchup, the pressure...the bowl games.

Doesn't matter if someone else had something similar, doesn't make achieving it any less impressive. That was a heavy load they carried for every game. Winning in football isn't easy over multiple years - everyone can have that 1 great year...but doing it for 3 years straight. Playing for a national title 3 years straight, anyone else do that? Even Bama hasn't done that yet.

Kudos to Miami too.

Braves 14 consecutive division titles. No one will be close in modern baseball. I think 5 has been the longest since the start of the streak and after it ended.

Just so difficult with the amount of baseball injuries
