Saints sent two people to the Texas Pro day today specifically to check out former longhorn and NFL QB Vince Young.

Would actually like that as a backup QB choice. Dude will never be a starter again but I could trust him for a game or two if Drew ever went down.

Would be ok with this. Did they send two guys to specifically check out VY, or were they there to watch Vaccaro, Oakafor, ot there other guys, and watch Young while they were there?

I would think they wait till the draft and see if someone they like is just sitting there late round and scoop him. If not, then go get a vet backup after the draft. VY and JR will likely be sitting around waiting for an opportunity still
