For what it is worth

Let's hope this reboot goes over well.

interesting that he has a Jean flashback, I thought this was supposed to occur after his Origins flick but before X1.

Dont have any high hopes for anything xmen related after x3 and the first wolverine flick. Talk about total abominations. Was cool to see Silver Samurai though.

Wolvie was my favorite comic character as a kid. His origin story had so much mystique and potential to be great. We'll see what they do with this one...

I don't understand how it's a "reboot" but they still have Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine. I'd rather them take the route of The Amazing Spiderman and start from scratch.

I don't understand why they're doing this when Fox should be focusing on the First Class franchise. Origins didn't do that great box office or review wise, while FC was something new and the public enjoyed it.

Seems like an obvious cash grab to me.

I'm not sure if it's the same as Sony with Spiderman, but maybe they have to release a certain number of movies with the characters or they lose the rights. Either way I'm still interested to see which direction they go with this one.

I'm looking forward to this one. It's suppose to be a lot more bloody and violent

I think I liked the Wolverine Origins movie more than pretty much anybody else aside maybe from the director. I went into it with pretty low expectations and it exceeded them by a lot. It was a fun and entertaining movie (by contrast, I saw Terminator: Salvation the same weekend and went in with high expectations and it fell way short).

I'm not sure why Wolverine gets so much hate on this board (or in general). I thought it was fine.

Same here. I'm actually surprised that it's regarded so lowly on here, but I don't know anything about the comics.

Now, The Last Stand was a pile of dogshit.

silver samurai? Dude was a badass villain back in the day. Just read his wiki though, what a depressing way to go out.

From what I've read and heard this takes place after X3. He has some lasting effects to his mutant abilities from the fight with Jean in X3 in this.

The entire time i was in the theater watching it i was thinking "wow they really dropped the ball on this one," and then the end came *SPOILERS*

And when i saw what they did to Deadpool i wanted to fistfight the writer.

Deadpool was an abomination in that movie. I think Reynolds could've pulled it off, but they screwed everything else up.
