Pros: nice spin of the iron after follow through
Cons: swinging at a car and you're a midget

Without being able to see contact or aim or ball flight...
I think you have a fairly fundamentally solid swing. I do think that you probably struggle with hitting consistently good shots because you lack a solid base in your swing. I would recommend a slightly wider stance. This will have a few effects.
1. You will keep your weight more centered... It gets a little bit outside you right foot on the back swing, and will allow you to hit the ball more solid and increase distance.
2. It will decrease you hip turn a hair and shorten your swing a little which will result in better contact and accuracy.
3. Allow you to keep you head more centered over the ball rather than moving with your turn so much

Thank you, your just about spot on to be honest. I will try and implement a wider stance for a better base.

It looks like you are coming over the top of it a little bit. Do you play a slice? It is hard to tell if you aren't hitting a golf ball though.

Yes I have an over the top swing and I'm trying to fix it as we speak any advice on that. My shots sometimes slice not always but sometimes

Shorten that swing a bit... You will have a much harder time coming over the top. But honestly your misses are probably left and right because of your narrow base. Throws your timing and sequence off from the get go

You're hooding the club during take away, which is making you come outside to in, also making you a little flat at the top with your wrists rolled backed (similar to Dustin Johnson, but flatter). If you pause it right before impact your right elbow is tucked and you're in a solid, loaded position. This isn't exactly on plane and I don't have swing software, but at that moment in your swing you want to be more like this (hands and club closer to that line)

A good way to fix that portion of your swing is to work on taking the club slightly outside on the take away. Play a tee or ball about a foot behind the ball and slightly to the inside. Then rehearse swings missing the tee in the take away. You also have a very late wrist hinge in your swing. Practice making a slow back swing where you miss the tee and hinge your wrists at about waist high. Feel the club moving up... Not around behind you. Then from the top swing fast through impact. Practice practice

On the downswing, make sure to keep your left elbow close to your body. If you let it get away, then that will make you come over the top.

HGH, you might still be able to grow a few inches.
And your setup/posture is very sub par.

your front knee collapses to soon... which is probably why your back swing is too far to the inside.

What would make a better setup and posture
