Man our defense absolutely crushed the short-side option sat....i wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy!!!

if he does tote the pill, i would prefer that the staff use that big body to run between the tackles like he has been taught....cant really wait to see that either...i hope that coach mahaffey uses him as a change up to Nick...but we will see.

So, its completely up to you whether you believe what i say

Let's look at it this way:

Every spring people get all excited over practices. Practices mind you. Against ourselves. Excitment by people who have at best a shallow understanding of big time football. I won't even get into the hysteria over that final controlled situational scrimmage often times called a spring game, which many believe is an actual game of some consequence.

When it all boils down the spring is a controlled environment against ourselves. Not exactly an omen of things to come.

I never fault fans for being excited. It's literally why the word "fan" came into existence as related to sports.

People got excited preseason and our team was a handful of plays away from playing in back to back NC games.

Our fans are just clueless sunshine pumpers huh?

I'm excited that you're excited... which hopefully makes your son excited.

Calm down Gray. To be fair, everyone on the rant gets excited over everything both good and bad. You cannot pick and chose what to get frustrated at. This place is like one giant Caricature, both ugly and funny.

Also, your generalization that "people who at best a shallow understanding of big time football." Some of us know more than others, and Ill go ahead out there on that limb, and say the offense is worth getting very excited over. It isnt a matter of if, but when. Go ahead and bookmark for my crow pie later....

As for Jrevonte, the majority of people, including lurkers who usually dont post, like myself, enjoy your updates. Dont worry about the few cranky "fans" that cant handle getting their hopes up because their little hearts waiver when LSU sometimes struggles with something.

Im glad youre enjoying the exclusivity of your access, its something most of us would love to have. I appreciate you handing down the information to those of us not in your position. Enjoy the ride with your son man, its just a dream to the rest

Truth is, the last 5 springs has left a knot in my stomach. Last year, Mett gave everyone a glimmer of hope with some deep passes for touchdowns. Fools gold! We knew CLM would not use that in a real game. Watching JJ with no pass rush and the first team offense look pathetic. Knowing that is what our offense would look like. Say what you want. I will look forward to the spring game with eternal hope of seeing a real offense run by a real offensive coordinator.

You misunderstand. You calling out someone for being negative, is confusing

Me agreeing with you, is confusing.
