I believe Brandon Larson had 15,487 RBI for LSU in 1997.

ETA: It was actually 118 RBI in a 70-game season ( LINK), but I was close.

FWIW, that means he had about 39 RBI through 23 games. If Katz has a 70 game season, he's on pace to be close to it.

118 rbis on 110 hits. That's just stupid. .865 slugging 40 bombs. Man the entire starting lineup had double digit home runs! Bring back the -5's!!
