1st guy was good, not great but good.
Raspy chick... I agree with Adam, she needed a little more control. You can do the Xtina tonal gymnastics, but they need to make sense within the song. She seemed to just be doing them to do them. Good voice but lacks a sense of direction (kind of what I would be if I had a good singing voice
)
