Had one a few weeks ago. First time in 15 years or so. Wasn't what I remembered.

Yes. It's supposedly Kobe beef. Very high marble.

Agreed, it used to be the perfect diner style burger.

B-King has one of the better outside smells coming from their flame grilled vents.

A freshly cooked cheese whopper with onions, tomatoes, mustard & easy mayo is very good.

When I first started at LSU, my dad and I went and ate there and it was the perfect diner experience. Fast forward and it's a shell of its former self.

Now if I want a diner burger, it's gotta be Clover Grill or Camellia Grill. RIP Frosttop

I was joking due to the fact that all fast food joints in BR are absolutely atrocious. I'm sure in nicer parts of the country a freshly cooked whopper is fantastic.

Yeah me and my roommates (non of us from BR) randomly stumbled up on it - this was before online food blogs, apps, etc, obviously - and we loved it. Perfect style of hamburger.

I haven't been in probably 10 years now .. sad to hear it's no longer what it once was.

I was pretty much aware that you were joking.

Not 100% though. I wasn't joking.

Sorry man. Still a little groggy, late night early morning. You know, sometimes I want to have a god damn breakdown in fast food restaurants. I realize I'm already subjecting myself to absolutely shite food but damnit what the hell is so hard about making it look and taste the way it's suppose to? I feel like Tom Smykowski from Office Space. "What the hell is wrong with you people?! I just want a damn decent tasting shitty meal!"

I'd agree with this...to this day doesn't matter where I go or how many burgers I eat. A homemade burger at a BBQ or pool party will always be better than any restaurant.
