I'm pretty sure this hasn't been a problem in 3 or 4 years

"Rep. Brown,
I am humbled to know that they state is doing so well that our leaders are worrying about tickets for football games. That is just wonderful.
As a senior at LSU, I must say I am very displeased with this bill. When I was a freshman, I was able to obtain a full set of season tickets. I have not missed a single game my entire career as a student.
Assuming every freshman buys a ticket, where would this surplus come from? This would mean students who have been faithful to their tigers would have less tickets, as they are going to freshman. I have never met a student who wanted to go to a game, that wasn't able to go. Some students don't buy season tickets, and still have the ability to gain tickets through other students.
Even with that, do you believe it is fair for an incoming student to be guaranteed a set of season tickets, when a sophomore, junior, or senior has went to games, and have proven themselves as students? This will punish true fans to let others go. I loved attending games as a freshman, but I fairly participated in the lottery, just as others before me.
This is a terrible bill, and as a student and soon to be Alumni, I ask that you withdraw it.
