Best place to book trips?

Im trying to find a good site to book through to save money on a vacation package. I was just wondering if any of you guys use a certain site

I recently searched for a resort in the Caribbean and used Hotwire. They were the lowest price by far, but it only works if you do flight and hotel. If you just do hotel, Hotwire won't let you see the name of the hotel you are booking (I think priceline is also like this).
I doubt Hotwire is the best for all resorts, but they definitely were for this particular one. I also searched: Expedia, hotels.com, cheapcaribbean, bookit, etc. I would recommend doing the same and then going with the cheapest.
