Gattica is pretty plausible. Genetic engineering "God Babies" and such.
Shutting my own whore mouth as I type but Escape from NY was kind of silly, but I still consider Snake Plissken among the all-time badasses.
Anyone remember Looker? Although a pretty marginal movie, the plot was interesting. Basically an evil ad firm digitizing perfect models to create perfect commercials and brainzap erryone into buying their client's sh#t.

In fairness, at the time NY really was a hellhole so it wasn't a stretch to imagine that 20 years later it would just be a giant prison.
They did a great job fixing themselves.

An HBO staple during the early-mid 80's. Very underrated movie.
Very almost realistic look at the whole subliminal advertising and digitizing people and just using the template over and over.
And the light gun was badass.
