lolwut I'm referring to his 5 year prison stint after VOLUNTARILY surrendering at the end of First Blood. And FTR, Rambo could have killed that sheriff several times but was intent on not killing American citizens.

Van Damme's character didn't have weapon skills and kicking a terminator wouldn't work. He's out. I think Arnold as Dutch from Predator would be good in here. Terminator is too slow.
