If it was any other team and lost 10-11 juniors to the pros there is no way any of us would consider them a NC contender.
Defense will be down alittle and offense is a huge mystery. Cam is the only man that Les will let air it out more, because of their history.
Hopefully offense will be magic but I have my doubts.

EDIT: You don't get Cam Cameron to come be your OC with the stipulation that you're going to continue to run the same vanilla offense that has been the butt of far too many jokes in the national media. Thats not exactly what a guy with a ton of NFL experience wants on his resume.
Also, if were being honest, is there another school in the country outside of Tuscaloosa that wouldn't drool over having our coaching staff?

Now Miles is to blame because Zach missed a wide open R by 5 yards who was 10 yard away from him.
As the defense which allowed a forth down and 16 pass to be completed for 25 yard gets a pass. 
I know, the defense was too tired to knock down a pass which had three LSU guys defending it.

So what most Tiger Fans don't think this is a BCS year either. I mean be honest, do expect a team that lost what LSU lost on defense to be able to contend for a National Title, I don't.

Sure, why not? Replacing the line will be difficult, but not impossible. Sam and Barkevious weren't THAT productive, despite their talent. And given LSU's rotation, all of the replacements have seen significant action. Simon's no great loss in the secondary, nor is Reid, given the way he played last season.
Minter is the irreplaceable player, but we do return two starters at LB plus loads of guys who didn't start but played a lot (Deon, Kwon, etc). LSU returns 4 starters on defense and 9 on offense.
Yes, they lost a lot of juniors, but LSU didn't lose many seniors. And the team was among the NCAA leaders in underclassmen playing time. And among the 11 underclassmen lost are two backup running backs, a disappointing corner, a punter, and two guys who didn't play a down last season. It's not this death blow people are saying.
Yeah, I wished we had Bama's cake schedule. But I wish we had their cake schedule in 2011 and we won the SEC and in 2012 and we were literally one play from winning the west.
