No. I play in the early morning. Right after my Quad Espresso from Starbucks.

I can't drink coffee before I play, and I drink coffee every morning otherwise. I just lose focus

I play golf whilst drinking beer. No other way. I play like crap for about 4 holes, then I've had 3 beers and relax. Play decent for about 8-10 holes while having about 4-5 more. Then quit drinking for the last few holes.
