Makes sense that they were given the option of staying based on their loyalty to the organization during tough times.

They were given an opportunity to stay because there was going to be a $7 million cap hit if they were cut.

What loyalty are you talking about? They were at the epicenter of the problem. Also, they got their pay checks....so what exactly did they sacrifice on behalf of the team?

I could understand if they were superstars in the NFL..but they really can be rewarded for loyalty in other ways.
