I just started it about 2 months ago. On season 4. My older brother loved this show and its his favorite show so I thought I'd give it a chance.
First half of season 3 blows. Almost turned me off of it. After the first half it picks back up.
Only thing I don't like about it is show unrealistic it is. And fantasy show don't bother me, I'm a big GOT guy. But, I don't like how they make it to be real life and not fantasy, then all this unrealistic crap happens to them. That's the only knock I have on the show. If its real, keep it real. If its fake, don't act like its real life. That's s what annoys me.

Yeah, the first half of season 3 is somewhat meh compared to the rest of them, but once you hit "Tricia Tanaka is dead" (the Hurley centric episode--it always makes me smile and puts me in a good mood when I watch this episode) the rest of the season is amazing! (Stranger in a strange land and Expose are my least favorite LOST episodes) I think they are everybodys least favorites. I believe there was an industry wide writers strike that caused the lag at the beginning of season 3.
kballa, please keep this info in mind when you watch the first half of season 3, but the last half does NOT dissapoint. Do not let yourself be spoiled!

They've been doing this stuff since the very first episode.
