Barrow has played tons for us and has a lot of experience at LB and is expected to start or see significant PT.
Allen won't start, but will get at least some PT because we like to rotate our DL.

BR sucks, but Jordan Allen has a very good chance at starting. He's a veteran and he's very strong. He might be more suited to play 1st and 2nd down than Hunter is at this point. Hunter might be a pass rush guy next year (3rd downs)
