this. i use a rib rack to put whole racks on mine with no troubles.

Have one, but it is a "hassle" to clean it afterwards. I know, soak it, then wash it... Just as easy to skewer the ribs.

I have a rib rack. Have to cut the racks in half to fit on the pit.
