I run about 4 once or twice a week but can't get consistent. It's kinda gay, but I just started Insanity. My legs don't work today.

I have heard good things about that shit, but ive never tried it. You should come run 5ks on the weekends and tuesdays downtown. Running competitively last summer gave me motivation.

That is were I running lines at. Everybody I talked to this morning didn't catch shite other then catfish.
That big one is as long as a 155qt seachest. Filled the 155 today and looking to do a lot more in the morning.
