My wife handled the application process for her fathers bar a few years back.
Will the machines be leased or will you own the machines?
They leased the machines and averaged $100-$150 / week per machine in profit. It was a small bar that would hold ~40-50 people. The profit per machine will vary widely depending on the size of the bar, number of machines, owning or leasing the machines, etc.
Also, the application process is a b****. Make sure every i is dotted and every t crossed. Be prompt with the paperwork because the State Police approval process can be slow.
