Stop the bickering guys. This thread was about how to get into Henderson's head, not each other's.
I was at the A&M game last night.
Student section is behind goal, but a lot wider. There's no upper section above them, so they're in a block together .
Would be great if PMAC could be configured like that.
It's not, so some students need to get over worrying about the coolness factor and think about supporting our team.
A&M fans have some kind of song they sing that puts the name of their opponents in as a taunt. They sang it during the warmup with some kind of actions. Corny, but effective. Got the rest of their (small number) fans going. They joined in.
I think it was some kind of tradition.
How about making up a chant against Henderson/Ole Miss?
Something simple that the rest of the crowd can pick up on

You want to get to Henderson's head? Ignore him. Treat him like any other opposing player on the court. He likes getting a rise out of people. It's like T.O.. He NEEDS attention. He feeds off of it, and you're encouraging people to willingly give it to him. Not a smart move.

Henderson is definitely not Ole Miss' best player. That would be Murphy Holloway. Henderson just talks/douches it up the most and is just your typical low percentage chucker.

I still maintain the athletic dept missed an opportunity when they decided to move the SS. If they were going to move the SS behind the goal, they should have split them up and have half the seats behind each goal. Gives the opportunity for some back and forth chants/cheers/etc and ensures the opponents are facing a hostile group both halves.
