Okay, Man, I'll Post.
Lee was an Afterthought in the "British Invasion". Never got His Due. "Going Home", in WOODSTOCK was probably his Career Highlight . . . to American Audiences.

Alvin Lee was one of my biggest idols, been a fan for over 40 years, saw him on his solo tour at the old Warehouse, also saw TYA at the Warehouse, and another show I saw TYA at St. Bernard Civic Auditorium. Later, I caught a TYA reunion in Houston back in 1990. I hate that people think of TYA and only Woodstock, they were a truly great band, and Alvin was one of the best guitarists ever. He could do so many styles, rock, blues, & listen to 'Undead', jazz licks as well... This is a very sad loss to the music world...
