I lost 24 lbs after realizing my age and metabolism had caught up to me without me noticing and I had accidentally got fat.
Every lb of it is still off, too..

Was about 217 last August and naturally got to about 205 in January
Weighed in at 181.3 today 
So thats 36 since last summer and 24 in the past month and a half

I lost 30 pounds a few years ago. I have to try and do it again as I've gained quite a bit of weight lately

I dropped 10 lbs of bad weight and replaced it with 10 lbs of good weight over a few years.
I'm planning a midnight gym trip tonight. Waiting on my dinner to settle.

It's in the process of happening, but I've gone from 235(ish)lbs to 200lbs (I'm 6'2 BTW) since January 2nd. I haven't been able to workout the way I want to lately due to school and work time constraints, so this has mainly been through eating properly and quitting drinking.
I'm hoping to lose another 20-25lbs before my wedding in June, but will be content if it's less than that if I know I'm exchanging the fat for muscle.
This has been the heaviest I've ever let myself get. Got a bit too comfortable.

I think that's pretty average weight for a 6' man. I usually weigh around 180 and I'm a little over 6'. I'm 185 right now but have been trying to add muscle since September.

When I quit working out after highschool I lost somewhere around 20 pounds in about 3 months.
I then quickly gained it all back in different places.

A couple years ago I lost about 50 pounds..still wanna drop about 15 more, maybe 20, though I could stay where I'm at and be fine too.

Right now. I was 253 on January 1st. As of this morning I've lost 32 pounds and I'm 222

I'm 6' and woke up one day at 345'. Just couldn't a fat sob anymore. Started exercising and calorie counting. In 9 1/2 months, I'm down to 195. I run 4 to 8 miles a day now.

The most I've ever weighed was 175 so not much
I've lost 5 pounds since then and I'd like to lose about 10 more, so I guess 15 will be the most
