There were some online webpage I used to help make me sharper when it came to proper comma usage and other grammatical oddities. That helped me the most.
For the math part, you basically just need to have your arithmetic brain cells in good shape so you'll be able to compute things quickly.
But really, for me, it was the little detailed syntax and style rules where I picked up the most points over the competition.

I used Knewton and it bumped my score up 80 points. Also, I tried Knewton and Kaplan's practice tests and neither could replicate the GMAT algorithm very well; I recommend sticking to the two official GMAT practice tests for that.
