Im getting a bulk package of meat and it comes with those cuts. Im not familiar with how to cook them. Any suggestions?

Cooked down in a gravy, slow cooker with stew veggies and cream of mushroom, or chunked and crock pot.

Blade steaks are the same as Flatiron Steak
Blade Steak Recipe
shoulder is a pot roast
Chuck you could ground and make burgers or crockpot and made juicy sandwiches

Chop up the blade steaks, taking care to cut out the gristle, and use it for chili
