Are All Donations - Regardless of When Made - Considered in Calculating Priority Points?

No. The priority point policy contains date restrictions covering certain types of donations and effective January 2, 2004, donors’ priority point totals will be calculated on a “rolling" twentyyear basis. This means that subject to the following exceptions, donations made more than
twenty years prior to the date upon which total priority points are calculated will not be
considered in calculating donors’ total priority points.

Exception Number One: Priority points based on donations to TAF prior to January 1, 2004, are
deemed earned as of January 1, 2004.

Exception Number Two: The rolling twenty year calculation does not apply to donations to TAF
philanthropic programs and does not apply to qualifying philanthropic donations made to the
