For me, it was a combination of "Pitfall!" and "The Empire Strikes Back" for Atari 2600.

Minus vague memories of the Atari, Super Mario Brothers, as boring as that sounds. The Christmas my cousin got an NES was magical. SMB and Duck Hunt non stop.

Got Mario Brothers/Duck hunt and Mike Tyson's Punch-Out.

My next Games were River City Ransom, Paper Boy and Mario 3. I had a blast.

Old games? Probably Mario Kart or Golden Eye. Newer games, CoD4.

Mine was Super Mario 64 and Wave Race 64. Despite being old enough, parents ignored video games until after N64 came out.
