What is this team's biggest need summed up in one word?

And don't use a player's name, or a position. Describe, in one word, what this team lacks, needs, etc. What attribute do you greatly desire on this team?
I'll go first:
"Dynamic"
This team is in desperate need of that dynamic player. A guy that can wow a crowd, fill up the score board, make that unbelievable shot, pass, or dunk. Someone that can create either for themselves (taking it to the hole, a backup J, etc), or for others. That can take over a game if need be. Obviously, I'm thinking of PGs, SGs, and SFs...I thought Gordon could be that guy, but I just don't know that any more.
So, what say you?
