- there's more to it than speed. The gravitational pull from the black hole is too strong for the light to escape

When you ask a question like that without even bothering to click the link (that has the answer), I'd say it's earned. I'm really, really sorry if I offended you or hurt your feelings. Now I feel bad. :/

No, you are willfully ignorant because you asked a question that is answered in the article without reading it. Stop asking other people to do your job of educating yourself for you. Read the article, learn something, then if you have any questions ask them.

This is fake, just like everything to do with space.

I didn't realize that the article was devoted to how they measure the black hole intensity. I guess I was hoping that the answer was simpler than it actually was and didn't realize if would take reading an entire article to get an answer. Cocomo usually you're good people, but it really hurt to get called out by you in front of all of these intellectuals :(

The thread title is about how fast a black hole spins. The OP has a link in it to the article. To most of us, it's obvious that the article would detail how that is measured. Somehow, to you, it is not. You realize that you just demonstrated what is wrong with society today, right?

Maybe he's on mobile or something. The OP could have quoted some important parts of the article so people on mobile don't have to worry about opening up new pages and shite. Or we can stick with name calling. That's more fun anyway.
