Le Creole and Copeland's Cheesebake Bistro are the only places I know with it on the menu.
I've heard they're very food at Le Creole.
The ones at Cheesecake Bistro are on jalapeno waffles.

City Cafe for brunch. Pecan crust with frangelico and cayenne syrup. Masons does it on special sometimes too

My parents went to lunch to Le Creole on Monday. They had the chicken and waffles and red beans and rice. They said both were excellent.
