We offered him today according to 247. He use to be a Clemson commit and is now favoring the aggies. If we could somehow get him along with Hootie, that could be our 2 safties with Paris, Brown, and Hardeman at CB.. Voorhies could play WR or safety

Now lets add another game onto this. Predict what the aggie will say!
I'm going with, "he's the best DB in Texas this year. Much better than Paris or Brown."

I think most Aggies would just tell you there's no point in distinguishing between DSG, Adams, and Paris.
And when you look at their offer lists and rankings, that's probably a fair statement.

Negative ghost rider
Paris, #1 in texas....dsg #10 or so
Very good player either way though

Well what is it?
247 composite safety rankings have Paris, Adams, and DSG at 3,4, and 10 respectively.
That alone might be enough to say DSG is a notch below the other two.
But then you consider LSU has offered Paris and DSG but not Adams. Moreover, they've offered DSG despite adding Paris. Now I don't know what your needs are at safety--I'm assuming it's more than one. But you could've offered who the pundits say is essentially the same quality of safety as Paris (Adams). Instead you offered DSG.
So for the purpose of this board and this discussion, I don't know why it's unfair to assert there's not much distinguishing the three safeties.
They're all elite.

No shot with adams, none....thats why we dont offer. I agree they are all elite, but paris is on a different level. Jmo though

Well I'm not here to argue.
But what makes you think you have a better shot at DSG than Adams? Adams has never publicly named a leader. Sure, most think he ultimately chooses Texas. But he hasn't even listed his finalists.
On the other hand you have DSG--a guy whose repeatedly named A&M at the top, even as recent as last weekend on his way back from Austin after receiving a horn offer.
So from where is the DSG faith coming?

Well, Paris thinks he's a CB, and we aren't arguing with him.

Nor should you.
I feel like that happened with Miles.
Miles: "Well Ed, can I call you Ed? We have a want to put you at safety"
Mr. Paris: "I want to play cornerback in college"
Miles: "Okay, sounds good"

I think ole Les is playing a little game of chicken with A&M

Miles: " Ed, we want you at safety"
Mr. Paris: "Let me play corner and I'll commit"
Miles: "Ed, I forgot to tell you were offering you as a corner, idk why people were telling you safety. I'll give you time to think.
Have a great day."

Milesisms 101 states that coach Les Miles tends to use the word "want" as a noun, not a verb.

FIFY. Class dismissed and have a great day
