only 7 out of 30 NBA teams average less than 80% of the arena filled -
New Orleans
Sacramento
Detroit
Milwaukee
Atlanta
Cleveland
Washington
New Orleans has the third worst percentage average in the NBA with 78.6%, but that number is terribly fabricated because they have a HUGE advantage over 29 out of all 30 teams because they have the second smallest arena in the NBA (Kings with the smallest). therefor the percentage numbers for New Orleans will always look better than most NBA teams despite having terrible attendance.

Does everyone think it is mostly the team's struggles that are causing the attendance problems? Definitely the team is down this year, but other teams with worse records (Bobcats, Magic, etc) have better attendance, and it isn't like Charlotte is known as an amazing NBA city.
I would have thought the #1 draft pick would have helped bump the numbers, but this is the worst year since the early/mid 2000's.
Do people think that the rebrand next season will help or that it will almost completely be a function of how the does in the win-loss columns?
