Those castle ruins on top of the 'city' are part of a succulent garden that starts down the hill a bit. Check out the landscaped trail in bottom right of this image as well. It all looks out on this shite...


We didn't really research it properly, just drove there one day from Cannes. Wish we had checked it out a bit more, but it's tiny so I don't think a proper day is in order. One seriously beautiful place...

ETA: I found some carpaccio down in the town as well. Most places do it as salad, well the salad is placed directly ontop the raw beef as a lunch item at least. I just ate them separately. They run an exotic car rental out of Eze too, insane roads and expensive cars...
