re: Why Did You Start Following Your Favorite Club?

Originally, it was down to my liking Michael owen in '98 WC. Some time passed, but every now and then I'd check on him and he was at LFC. When I really started paying attention a few years later, Owen was on his way out and Gerrard was the big name at the club... So that along with reading up on their history and realizing they were the biggest club in England domestically and in Europe, sealed it... They have been a roller coaster team to follow... but I don't know if I could be any more attached if I grew up on Merseyside...
