Get a solar charger for the battery and it will increase the battery life a little

Plannin to get it set up in time for turkey season?

Mine lasts about 4-5 weeks on an old Moultree dusk and dawn feeder, but it is set to feed a small amount each time.

My next feeder will have solar.

I was getting between 6 and 8 weeks. The heavier the battery the better.

Been running a few weeks I have one on solar but didnt feel like putting other ones on as it took an extra twnty minutes and i figured i would have to refill them anyway . so it looks like u have to change the battery and refill these 6 gallon feeders every month or at least one more time during turkey season
