That's seems off, right? One would think you'd pop in the tape and be blown away--even if your eye is untrained. I don't think my opinion is a rare one. As I already said, his offer list clinches the argument that he's elite.

I would just like someone to articulate why Tony's received so much attention.

Yes it's off. You are wrong.

And he is really good with physical potential to be starting CB for an NFL team in four years.
