I think this is an offer to get Alexander before the rest of the country sees his potential. I don't think this move was done for Willis. This kids looks like a Kwon/Debo type OLB recruit. He seems to tackle well in his vid and if Chief sees a LB and wants him, I trust his judgement.

After watching the video this has more to do with the skills of Alexander than anything to do with Fournette or Willis.

Congrats to Mr. Alexander....given we only have one more spot available at LB, I wonder who it will be Kenny Young, Clifton Garrett, Tre Williams, Petera Wilson, or another person that we dont know about yet.....I am hoping that if Dupre pulls the trigger early, Young follows through with him.....Nevertheless, welcome aboard Donnie Alexander!

Kid has flown under the radar with the other prospects getting the spotlight at Karr, but he's a really impressive athlete.
This is kind of surprising with a couple of OOS guys that are high on LSU, but I wouldn't doubt Wilson's eye for talent in New Orleans.
We could have 7-9 players from New Orleans alone this year.

Who knows...I know we are actively recruiting him and Mobile is only 3hrs away from BR....anything could happen but I think the focus is on Kenny Young and Clifton Garrett at this point...we have a good shot at Young and an outside chance with Garrett....if they both want in and the numbers work, then I say take them both.
