No, it actually doesn't. Revis was targeted a shitload of times, I can't find Bailey's target numbers, but he's targeted more than 2-3 times a game. Hell, Sherman was shut down this year and had a high number of targets.

By your own argument, Revis and Sherman played with other good cb's. Of course they would be targeted more than Nnamdi. I'm not even disagreeing that who you play with is a factor in how many times you target a cb. But again, when teams did throw his way, he gave up nothing. And all the stats showed he was number 1 or 2 best cb in the league. I'm guessing how many times someone was targeted isn't the only stat used to decide this.
