Smith and Harper got the veteran leadership on lock. Ellis was also a great leader. We need to keep him at all cost.

Spencer seems like a player that will get too much money and not enough production. I think we can cheaply replicate him with Galette.

I meant more like someone who's played in a 3-4 before who can help the young guys, but he'll be expensive for a glorified coach
