Anyways, what concrete numbers are you using to quantify who is better?
Both are integral parts on winning teams. Most of Paul's numbers are better. And his PER is 2 points higher
Chris Paul is money from midrange. Parker is better at attacking the basket.

When was the last time Paul has showed up in prime time? He will end up top 3 regular season point guards ever, but at this rate, his postseason legacy is a joke. No rings, don't mean everything, but he lets players like Parker make him their bitch when it counts

I love CP3. One of my favorite players but Parker has been on a different planet than any other PG this year. And yes Parker is an attack the basket guy but his midrange may be the best in the NBA for a PG.
