I have the 511 model. It's nice that it's a little more compact than the other eotech models which gives more clearance for my backup rear iron sight. But if I were to do it again I'd get the 512 or one of the other models that takes AA batteries. Mine uses N cell camera batteries and they're not as easy to find.
