Lead investigator apparently contaminated the crime scene then shite himself on cross examination. Pistorious being a national hero, he'll walk.

I'm confused. Why is the investigator facing attempted murder charges? I know he screwed up some witness testimony/evidence but why is he facing murder charges?

the reporter was claiming "he clearly did it on purpose, shot her 4 times, he would have heard her scream after the first shot!"


well not if he shot the 4 shots rapidly.... and not if he capped her in the lungs, heart or head on the first shot

Pistorius is going to walk, the law has already made multiple mistakes and don't really have much of a case. When it comes to his word vs the law who can't properly investigate and their word, there's plenty of doubt.
