Socks to wear with Western boots

All my socks slip down my calf and I get rubbed on by top of my boots.

I wear socks just above the ankle with all boots. I hate pulling my socks up.

yea i usually just wear ankle socks with everything, unless it's cold, then i'll pull out the wool

I always wear ankle socks cept for when hunting. Then I bring out the big thick wool warm socks.
