Specifically, how bad is yellow curry? I am a big fan of the dish...usually go the vegetarian route and get it with carrots and potatoes. I have read mixed reviews on dietary characteristics of yellow curry.

Thoughts?

Don't care. Best Asian food genre. I won't even touch Chinese ever since discovering Thai food.

The only thing unhealthy thing about rice, vegetables and protein would be any coconut milk that's added. The cholesterol and fat in that stuff is incredible, but also what makes it taste so gosh darned good.

Avocado is about the worst thing you can put in your body.

Mexicans eat avocado on everything, and look at how fat they are.

All restaurant food is loaded with sodium. Seriously. Some damn salads will have up to 2k sodium.

ignorant. Poster is ignorant. Avocado is tremendously healthy for you.

almost zero restaurant food is healthy. Certainly some options are better than others but it is tough to make the right choices once in the restaurant.

I do something similar to this but add peanut butter to thicken it. Nutritional info is at the bottom.

Avacado is tremendously healthy for most...

Doesn't work well with certain blood types. B(-+) being one.

I don't know how healthy it is, but it has to be better than Chinese food.

It all depends on what dish you get. In general, on a scale of 1-10, I give it a health rating of, meh.

It's too good to care that much.

I don't care if its the most unhealthy thing you can possibly eat; it's my favorite food on the planet.
