He is one of the worst presidents. The only reason anyone could think of him as even close to average is that the guy before him was one of the worst as well, so by comparison, they seem similar.
I will agree that he is a master politician though...he ranks right up there with Bill Clinton in that regard.

No, he doesn't.
Clinton was a deal-maker and a pragmatist. Obama is a thug and a bully, but he maintains the aura of a master politician because the media props him up and will not challenge him.
