Not sure about what's available in BR but if they have a restaurant supply store go there with the pot or measurements and they should be able to help you. I know I bought a heavy duty 100 qt. stock pot a while back and they do have baskets for it. If you come to New Orleans try Caire Restaurant Supply. Good prices too.
