Was that the game we won by like 40 when CT3 and the crew made like 20 threes?

FML. Tennessee doesn't shoot that well in layup drills.

dude would hold his mouthpiece and dribble with one hand while calling plays. then clap in the defenders face.

i saw him get ejected from the hs state champ game vs s lafourche for elbowing a kid in the face at mid court. dude had an attitude but i liked watching him play at lsu

From that team jermaine was my fav player. Always drew toughest assignment. Few times talked to him after playijg days he still wasnt a fan of chuckin dupree shot selection

That was 2003, dummy.

Dupree missed a windmill showtime dunk in that game.

The 03 team was crazy hot down the stretch that season.

He's around. Which is a shame because dude had skills to make it to the NBA IMO, just not the drive.

Love me some Dmitch as well; he's prolly top 5 favorite all time for me. Jermaine too. I still see/talk to Jermaine here and there. One of the nicest dudes in the world. He's playing ball in Australia and was coaching JV ball at parkview this past season I believe. Bridgewater still plays in Australia too I think. Also a super nice dude.

I remember Darrell was in Spain, and then somewhere else overseas, but I don't know if he still plays or not.

Also, I always say this, but Jermaine's dunk on Tayshawn Prince in the PMAC from almost the FT line is the best dunk I've ever seen live.

Dupree and several others (Lazare, CT3) played on the Walk Ons BREC team last year. We played them and Dupree hit three straight threes from like NBA-NBA range. I was like where the frick was that when you were at LSU, a-hole? I remember his senior when he was just like "frick it, I need to show scouts that I can shoot jumpshots" and he'd just jack it up from everywhere.

IIRC, he had hurt his leg (can't remember what, but I think it was his knee), and had to rehab it and was about to leave for Australia the following week. That was in November-ish I believe. His dad refs BRABA leagues (and his dad looks like he's about 40).

Dmitch is definitely one of my favorites too.

Ill never forget him winking to the student section as we're down 3 with less than 10 seconds left. Sure enough he drains the 3 to send the game to OT. then he hits the game winner in OT too. IIRC, it may have been the same game as the controversial foot on the line 3 from the arky player.

If Darrell was about 6 inches taller, he would've been unstoppable. We used to call him Titties.
