you trying to ferment 15 gallons? I just had an idea from my still making research. why not use a keg to ferment in? take out the sankey lock on the keg, find some stopper and add a blowoff tube.

Not quite, but batches that will yield 10-gallons of finished product.

Definitely an option, it's been done before. I have a 13-gallon brewcube right now but I don't like it much at all. LINK
