O'Connor looks more like a used car salesman than a henchman. Weird casting.

O'Connor is a bleeder. No tolerance for pain.

Kevin from Sin City is probably my favorite. Complete badass creep.

Joker's main henchman in the Keaton Batman. Was Bob his name? Not sure why, but I always liked him.

Darth Maul - Phantom Menace

Gogo - Kill Bill vol. 1

the dude with the extremely fat face that looks like he got stung by bees in Tango and Cash. He's the guy at the start that Sly gets to fly out of his windshield during a drug bust and then later fights him during the jail breakout.

the big arse man beast that folds a guy in half in The Rocketeer.

Mohawk guy in Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior and Weird Science

One of the best lines in that movie when he mocks Palance's number one guy line, classic.

I'll go with Sully from Commando, dude was so weak

Also the guy that bust through the window in the first Bourne movie was a badass

Tatsu from the first TMNT movie
The Tengu Warriors from MMPR movie
Fester from Three Ninjas
ETA- Salacious B. Crumb the laughing monkey-lizard in Jabba's Palace; come to think there were a lot of pretty cool minor henchmen that rolled with Jabba in his glory days

Also speaking of minor henchmen I just noticed on IMDB that Sam Rockwell played the role of "Head Thug" in the first TMNT movie

Pretty sure he's the one who tells the cops to go check out that warehouse at the end of the movie.

"You'll get all your answers there.."

Some great calls in this thread btw.

I always loved the weird faced dude from Weird Science.

Not a bad guy, but still a henchman-
