Gonzaga deserves a number one seed

If they win out, which they probably will, they deserve the #1 West seed. It's getting pretty old watching the rest of the top 5 lose a game each week, yet Gonzaga doesn't move up to #2 or #3 in both polls. They've are 23-2, with their only losses to a top ten Butler team on the road and a very good Illinois team in their building. They played a solid non-conference schedule against anyone that will play them and each conference game is their opponent's Super Bowl. They get everyone's best shot and they still are likely to get 30 wins. They deserve more respect.

Most teams won't make it to the Elite 8. But i like Gonzaga's chances.

They're overrated shitbags like Boise St in football, but I did watch a few games recently and I like that Lincecum guy they have.

No fricking way. Horrendously awful analogy. Unlike football, where Boise plays one relatively challenging game against a real team all season, Gonzaga plays big name schools all season. They've got legit talent and are going to make a deep run.

Gonzaga is better than Duke, but probably not better than those other teams. They torched the Big 12 in non-conference play going 5-0 against Oklahoma State, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Baylor and K-State. Four of those teams will probably be in the tournament.
They'll probably be the top seeded #2 team. The problem is that the rest of the WCC is lousy this year besides St. Mary's who will be one of the last bubble teams selected... if they get selected.
ETA: Best case scenario is the #2 Big 10 team (Michigan or MSU) loses early in the conference tournament. Florida doesn't win the SEC tourney.

Gonzaga deserves it. The ACC is a two team conference this year and the SEC is awful.

Brad Stevens and Mark Few are polar opposites in terms of coaching styles.
Butler sucks the life out of games with suffocating defense and horribly slow offensive sets. Gonzaga is one of the fastest and most efficient offensive teams every year.
